2. Account Registration

3. Identity Verification

TC999 is required to verify the identity of players before processing withdrawals. This is a one-time process and is designed to protect your account from unauthorised access.

What you need to provide:

• A clear copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) — front and back.
• A selfie holding your CNIC, if requested by the verification team.

Verification documents should be submitted through the account settings section after logging in. The TC999 verification team reviews submissions during business hours. Once your account is verified, no further document submission is required unless TC999 requests updated documents for security reasons.

Unverified accounts: Deposits may be accepted on unverified accounts. However, withdrawals will be held pending successful completion of identity verification. 4. Deposits & Payments

No third-party deposits: You must only deposit using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from payment accounts belonging to other people are not permitted and may result in the deposit being returned and the account being reviewed.

Deposit fees: TC999 does not charge fees on standard deposits. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — check your JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank's fee schedule for details.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals on TC999 are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified payment account registered in your name. TC999 supports withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and bank transfer.

Processing times:

• JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within a few hours during business hours, and same-day in most cases.
• Raast transfers are processed within one business day.
• Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on the receiving bank.

Withdrawal conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (CNIC and payment method) before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Any active bonus funds attached to your account must meet the stated wagering requirements before the associated balance becomes withdrawable.
• TC999 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before processing withdrawals above certain amounts. This is to protect your account and is not a routine delay.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

TC999 offers deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, bingo bonus funds and other promotional offers from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the Promotions page at the time the offer is active.

General bonus rules:

• Each promotional offer specifies its own wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable as real PKR.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance. Real money deposits are used first; bonus funds are applied to eligible games once real money is exhausted.
• Certain games may contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements — for example, some casino slots may contribute 100% while live casino tables may contribute at a lower rate. Game-specific contribution rates are stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household and per device.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

TC999 offers sports betting — including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football and Esports — as well as live casino, slots and bingo. Each product is governed by its own set of game rules in addition to these general Terms.

Sports betting:

• All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. TC999 does not guarantee that displayed odds will remain available for any specific period.
• Live in-play bets on cricket and other sports are subject to the odds and markets available at the moment of placement. Once confirmed, in-play bets cannot be cancelled.

• TC999 reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed at odds that were clearly incorrect due to a pricing error.

Casino & bingo:

• All casino games on TC999 use certified random number generation (RNG) or are operated by live dealer studios. Game outcomes are determined by the game engine and cannot be influenced by TC999 or by any player.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round — such as a disconnection — TC999 will attempt to resolve the round based on the game's recorded state. If resolution is not possible, the bet amount for that round will be returned to your balance.
• Bingo games run on a fixed schedule. Once a bingo session has started, cards purchased for that session cannot be refunded.

Maximum wins: Individual games and betting markets may have maximum win caps. These are displayed within each game or market. Wins in excess of a stated maximum will be paid up to that maximum only.

8. Acceptable Use

By using TC999, you agree not to engage in any of the following:

• Creating more than one TC999 account, or assisting another person in creating a duplicate account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tool to place bets, play games or interact with the TC999 platform in a way that is not through normal manual use.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, pricing errors or any other technical fault for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to influence the outcome of any game or to share winnings from promotions in a way that circumvents the stated terms.
• Using TC999 to process, launder or disguise funds obtained through illegal activity.
• Sharing your TC999 account with any other person or allowing any other person to deposit, withdraw or place bets on your behalf.
• Reverse-engineering, copying, scraping or modifying any part of the TC999 website, app or software.

TC999 uses automated monitoring systems and manual review to detect breaches of acceptable use. Where a breach is identified, TC999 may take any combination of the following actions without prior notice: temporarily suspend the account, request additional verification, void relevant bets or game rounds, withhold or forfeit balances, or permanently close the account.
